What fps should i be getting in metro 2033 dx11 all maxed at 1680x1050.
17 920 at 3.6
ati 5970.
The reason i ask is because it sems crap

Not to sure tbh, seems to play alright on my PC. Q6600, 5870 same res you are running. I could check tonight when I get in to see what I am getting on average.

Metro is a killer when fully maxed out, espcially with Tessellation enabled

Try turning off (I think it's called) 'Depth of Field'. That should help. There might be another setting, can't recall it though, bound to be one of the lighting options.

Was thinking this too. Tesselation likes to eat FPS on Metro.

Just about all cards don't. Have you tried disabling Depth of Field?

Yep, thats the other one I was trying to think of, depth of field, do try it with that disabled as well
