i just want my topic title answered, basically just want to know how much fps or any real noticable difference there is when overclocking between water to phase.
for example, air will get you so far.. then water: quieter and around 300-400mhz gained in clockspeed.. phase: freezing, not quite as quiet as water and same gain here maybe 400mhz over the water
what kind of increase would the difference make to games?
if its something hardly noticable then i am thinking about water instead
would oc's need to be lowered in the summer btw on water?
