What free content can I see with a new bluray player

So got a new Sony Bluray player. Is there any online content I can watch (Tv program/series) for free? ie: Can the kids watch any series using this device?

Had a quick look at it appears the Sony Entertainment Network and Amazon both charge.

There are some free source, eg: iPlayer and 5 On Demand. Anything else?

Does it have a web browser? There a number of illicit sites you can stream tv and movies from.
