What game is this?

I started thinking of a game and have no idea what it is. I thought it was Time Crisis, but I watched some videos and couldnt find the bit I was thinking of. I remember using a gun on a PS1. It may have been a demo.

It's been bugging me for ages so I went to the effort of making a picture.

Heres what I remember, you begin behind a red or black car and shoot some enemies. You move behind some ambulances, then to a little ledge where some cars arrive, you then move into the building, you work your way through the building and up an elevator to rescue someone.

How many games can there be that use a gun like Time Crisis on the PS1?

Are you sure its not this? This is a massively sped up version of the stage. You start with a car though.

There was a Die Hard (as in Bruce Willis films) game. Is that it?
