what game is this?

That was posted in the random image thread. I wondered what game it was as did someone else. The other person asked and got suspended/warned (for not posting pic). It looks an interesting and involved game.

and yes its navyfield :)
 
Played it a couple of years ago. It's pretty tough going at the start as you only get the tiny ships. Didn't play it long enough to get any decent ships or weapons. It was still fun though at times.
