What game should I get?

As you may all know, Steam is having one of it's infamous/famous (depending how you see it) sales. But my question is, what game should I get out of:
-Arma 2: combined operations
-Assassin's creed 4 Black Flag
-Borderlands 2 game of the year edition.

So basically I want your opinion on these games. I'm looking for a good open world where a good story would be a decent addition. The reason why I asked about Arma 2 is because I love the idea of dayz!

Well, Borderlands will be the cheapest I imagine!

Assassin's Creed 4 is definitely worth a play, but I would wait for it to go down a bit personally. I paid £15 for it, and thought that was about right.

I haven't got a PC yet, my parents ordered my GPU for Christmas, I've seen it but I can't have it until Christmas!!! So I'll get Borderlands and Arma 2, thanks guys
