What game to get next

Really stuck on which game to buy next.
Starcraft 2
Battlefield 3
keep looking at Borderlands 2 but the graphics really put me off and Fifa 13 out tomorrow.
Only just got a decent gaming build so trying to catch up on all the games iv been wanting to play.
 
Personal tastes really. Unless you enjoy paying for content id avoid BattleField3 personally as EA have gone all out with the needing to purchase weapon unlocks etc.

What a load of rubbish.

You can buy weapon unlocks/shortcuts if you like, but the same weapons can be unlocked just by playing the game.

The only DLC they charge for is new maps. Same as all online FPS of recent years.

if i was to get BF3 was going ti get premium edition anyway as its only about £5 difference. iv.played BF3 quite a bit on Xbox but iv herd it supposed to be miles better on pc.

Haven't even looked at Dark Souls. Will check out some vids
 
Premium doesn't come with stock BF3, its basically a DLC season pass. Gives you all DLC they have and will release for the game. You need to buy BF3 on its own first.
 
It's a great game, but I'd recommend getting standard BF3, as the vanilla maps are still very popular. If you love it, buy premium/expansions.

I love it, but I've always loved the BF games and FPSs. Starcraft 2 has a great rep, but I haven't played it so can't comment on how it's faring or what it's like.

Yep, premium is your best bet. Game is miles better on PC. Great purchase and definitely worthwhile.

Wrong. Battlefield 3 Premium is just DLC, but Battlefield 3 Premium Edition is the game and the premium DLC pack.

BL2 is great fun co-op, i know you said the graphics put you off but its a gem of a game.
Fifa is a game that i hammer from day 1 until they release the next.
Also I've been having loads of fun playing torchlight 2 and Dark souls is immense but brutal.
IMO you can't go wrong with any of these games

Is BL2 only really any good in co-op as this seems to be the part that gets talked about the most?
If this is the case Im only just returning to pc gaming after a 10 break and all my mates are all still on Xbox so i don't really have anyone to play online with.
 
Think iv narrowed it down to BF2, BL2 and Starcraft 2.
Gonna hold off getting Fifa 13 until i build my brothers gaming rig in a few weeks time.

What do you guys think i will get the best longativity out of?
Starcraft 2 is a game iv been wanting since it was released but only just got my gaming rig.
I will be getting a above mentioned games eventually but trying to keep keep money down as iv only just payed out for my gaming rig.
