What games would you "kickstart"?

rescue on fractalus - loved this as a kid.
Mega lo mania - again it was awesome to play on my A600
North and south - another classic
Slicks - It was a top down f1 racing game for c64. I could spend hours playing it

Micro Machines, in the mould of V3 rather than the pretty pants V4. Add in online multiplayer with built in voice comms...

They did, it bombed. It was called Trespasser and had some amazing features for it's time but sadly was hugely ambitious but the devs forgot to add the fun.

C&c renegade 2 - don't even bother with single player, it was all about online fun.
SWG2 - why cant someone do this, just remove the star wars references and modernise it hugely.
Midnight resistance if anyone remembers that on c64

And not based on an old game as they all suck, but I still want an f1 manager.

I seem to have memories of mega lo mania for some reason, I am now trying to get a snes emulator on my phone so I can check it out and fully remember it.

I did know about this, isn't it the game where you can look down the main characters top? It seems this being such a flop has put people off making a similar game, I don't know why though as it seems like such a good idea.

I wouldn't mind PowerMonger as well.

Just get Planetary Annihilation later this year, it has the same feel as TA and is made by many of the same people.

It would be the X-Wing series, Tachyon - The Fringe or Starlancer for me.

Just thought of another series that I'd like continuing. It's Legacy of Kain - I'd love to see a new one of those - I thought the first few in particular were superb and the story was great.

Ooo yeah for sure... although from memory did they not wrap up the stories from both character arcs in a fairly substantial way in "Legacy of Kain: Defiance"? As in, a fairly difficult to move on from sort of way - I'd still welcome a straight up remake of the whole series though
