What genres do you have filtered out on Steam?

I also have 130 excluded games from the store. Steam pretty much knows what i like. It's not perfect, but it's quite close to it and will improve over time, i'd imagine.

Some of the games suggested for me have been great games i didn't know existed, with Wuppo being one title recently purchased because of it.

For all the **** Steam receives for being a poorly curated store, i just don't see these titles, unless i specifically go and look for them.

For me, it's just people making a mountain out of a molehill. But, it's trendy to **** on Steam at the moment, so i guess there is that too..
 
I don't think I've ever tried filtering out games where the store is concerned. I probably won't either, just in case something catches my eye from a genre which I don't normally consider (e.g. RTS).
 
I have more than 1000 games, most gotten from bundles etc.

I've got the following categories:

FINISHED
GRAND THEFT AUTO
INSTALLED
* * * *
TO PLAY AGAIN
TO PLAY SOON
TOTAL WAR
GAMES
VR

I think the names are descriptive enough.
