Or the Thermalright HR-03, seems to offer better cooling, although it is much bigger, especially with a fan. Probably block PCI slots as well, or even hit large CPU HSF if top GFX slot and HR-03 is pointing up.

I have the zalman vf900cu on my 1900xtx and my temperatures dropped significantly.
