What goes nice with 2 mackerel?

I has Mackerel in a restaurant Monday night, this is the entry from the menu

Crispy Skinned Mackerel Fillets with Chilli, Cucumber, Spring Onion & Coriander -Horseradish Potatoes & Tomato Dressing

Can't remember exact details as I was ****ed, was very nice though :p
