What good gaming PC could I get for £800

Hey guys, I'm new to the forums but not to PC building. I have a friend who is looking to build a PC for around £800. She mainly wants to stream and game on it and wants to run windows but price of the Operating System isn't important. This is my part list that I'm thinking of. The website says it will be compatible but I just want a professional's point of view. Is there anything I could get to perform better? Will it actually all work together?
