Just recently went from 8800 to a GTX 470.
Happy with the performance increase. But not super duper duper blown away to be honest.

It was a right time to upgrade though as 8800 was beginning to show its age with new games. And its nice to throw everything including the kitchen sink at old games without a care in the world.

It's been a rather reliable card, ran everything I wanted except Crysis well.
