What GPU Temp monitor

Hello guys, Could anyone recommend a good gpu temp monitoring app?
I am using a Gainwood good edition gtx 580 @ 783mhz and would like to increase this to 802mhz and need to monitor the temps.

Would 802mhz be too much?

Thanks for quick response, sorry to be a pain but I have GPU-Z and don't know how to keep it on screen when i run a programme to load the gpu... how do I keep GPU-Z VISIBLE?

thanks guys, got msi afterburner, Max temps under load was 66c with the applied overclock @ 802mhz, idling at 37c. Hope these temps are ok.
