hey guys,

im not happy with the general performance of this GPU, i would like to sell and upgrade...

can someone please tell me a step up for modern games at modest settings compared to my EVGA GTX760 SC.

my budget is around £80-100 + the sale of the card.

cheers guys,

it aint quite twice the budget though, it will be say 80-90 for my card plus the other 70-80.

also, there is one i have outsourced for about 135 that is fairly new but without warranty. would you guys consider that or is warranty a must?

if you are not happy with 760 performance, i dont see what GPU could make you happy at 80£-100£.
2nd hand maybe you can find 280X/380 around 100£, just dont pick cards with 2Go of memory.
if your 760 is working fine, best would be to wait for polaris to be released, if the new card are higher than your budget, it's very likely that they will push price down on older cards.( and maybe save up an extra 50£ till then )

my budget is around TOTAL : 140-160.

you say no 2gb, so minimum 3gb when looking then?

Definitely try to stretch that to £180 - £200 and get a 970. If you're only running 1080p or lower (blurgh) then it will be all you need for while really.

yeah. i know a lot off people fuss over resolution (which i DO understand) but for me 1080p is plenty.

im looking at a graphics card, and i asked about warranty and the boy said there is none as its only 6 months and not transferable from gigabyte? surely that is not correct?
