The 5850 is a decent performance card so the only one I would consider from the options you give is the 6950.

I would say keep the 5850 and maybe buy another one and go crossfire.

what res do you game at? if you already have a 5850 id give the 6870 and 460 a miss straight off anyway

only card you will see a real difference with is a 6950 unlocked. Having said that and actually having done that exact move, from a clocked 6950 onto a stock 6950, I would clock the nuts of the 5850 (1000 core) and leave it a bit until the 6950 s coming with a decent aftermarket cooler for a bit cheaper.

When the 560 hits prices should start dropping.
