hi im after a decent card i have a 9800pro at the mo its done me well but want somthing faster now im looking to soend about £120 have been looking at the ati 800gto what differance is it between this card and me 9800pro will i notice any better?.

me specs are:

amd mobile clocked to 3200+ 2.2ghz at 1.65v
abit nf7s-2.0
corsair 1gig in dual mode (model is the stuff with recourse lights on it can remember model now.
80gig wd limited addition hard drive
9800 pro graphics.

Well the best card for that money would most probably be the
PowerColor ATI Radeon X800 GTO 256MB DDR3 TV-Out/DVI (AGP) - Retail (GX-050-PC)

It will show a decent boost from your 9800, and i think the GTO has room for a bit of modding aswell.

Just dont sell you 9800 in the interim, I purchased a X850 XT, sold my 9800 gfx card to someone at work. Get it home, and my new cards borked from the start! Make sure you test the PowerColor first because I am well unimpressed with it being naff from new.

PS, please no "things like this happen what you expect, its mass produced etc etc!" its **** poor
