What graphic settings would you recommend for Crysis on my PC

I got Crysis yesterday, I have installed it and installed the latest patch. But not had time to play it yet. What graphic setting would you recommend, for good graphics and performance on my PC. Also what Resolution would be best for graphics and performance.

My system spec’s are:

Athlon 4800+ x2
2 GB Corsair ram
WD 320GB HD
Audigy es
OCZ GameXtream 700watt
HIS 3870 x2 (Using 8.2 Cat drivers)
Samsung SM226BW 22"
Windows XP SP2

Shadows = Medium
Post processing = Low
Motion blur = Low/off
