What graphics card should I buy

Hi.
Just ordered a Ryzen 5 3600 with Asus TUF B450M-plus mobo Matx.
I have 16GB Vengeance 3000 if need to know that.
I am currently running a AOC 144hz IPS 27" monitor (1080p).

Can I have some views on what GPU to get ? I am a bit of a novice. My budget ideally is £400 max, although if made a big difference I would go up to £500 absolute max.
