What is the best graphics card could I get away with my current set up at a reasonable price?

I'd upgrade the cpu and motherboard first.

Yeah, not a lot of point getting a GPU to match that system. If you do.. 750Ti... but you'll end up replacing the CPU soon and then want a better GPU...
