What graphics card should i get?

Hi.
I have an i7 2600,8gbs of ram and 500gb hdd.
What cheap graphic card should i pair it with?
I just want to play CS:GO on 60+ fps(keep in mind after the latest updates the game became pretty heavy to run), I'll be playing Far Cry series and Battlefield 3. I don't mind putting settings to low and playing on low resolutions.

Well before i didn't even play csgo lol i had a **** 2007 pc.
Rn playing on processor and igpu only i get about 25-60 frames but its very unstable (lag at certain parts of the maps and sometimes when shooting).
i play at 640x480.

I don't mind playing at 800x600 or 720p,my point is to get the best performance

What do you think about r7 370 2gb? 45 dollars used for 6 months.Should i get it?

My last question is,will i be able to pull similar performances like that paired with an i7 2600?
