what graphics for new system

hi

im about to get a new pc and im not sure what graphic chip i want. ill have e8400. and im thinking about getting 9800gtx / hd4750 / hd4780 . i will only use the pc for gaming at 1650*1050. it also shouldnt be too expensive because i dont want to spend more than 700 euro.

Bang for buck at that res consider the 4870 1gb or the 260gtx 216, at the most go no further than a gtx275 or the 48901gb.

ok thx for the quick reply . i guess 4870 1gb sounds reasonable. what about mainboard , if i go for e8400 and 1gb 4870 ?

any suggestions ? id quite like to have one by gigabyte....

About the best on Ocuk for Gigabyte DDR3. Think it supports Xfire only so no sli.
