What ham do you eat?

Was in Sainsburys yesterday at the deli counter and was amazed at the sheer variety of hams. There is such a variety now that I was wondering what your favourite is?

I'm a fan of Gammon ham myself.

Anyone answering wafer thin cooked ham will be shot on sight.

Oak smoked ham, im crazy about smoked food, particularly ham and fish. Ive lately taken quite a liking to smoked cheese as well. Pity it only comes in small blocks though.

I don't eat ham that often though, and if I'm looking to make some 'ham' sandwiches/soups etc.. over a week, I'll tend to buy a gammon joint and make it myself rather than buy it.
