Been a while since I have needed to contact customer service but it has proved impossible today.
Three phone calls total of a hour half waiting in the queue but nothing.
Webnote is an odd one as it assumes you are trying to get in touch about an order and requires order details.
My problem is I can no longer log in to the site.
It used to be that your call was answered very promptly by knowledgeable and helpful reps, is this a thing of the past?
