I have noticed ocers seem to be not selling Seasonic any more - anybody know why this might be????

Seasonic were always among the very best psu out there - confused.

sells move onto better deals for them self and some makes will not let you stock there items if you stock there main competitors at a better price

TBF seasonic are fantastic, but there are other brands that are just as good

Must remember that seasonic actually white label many of their psus. i.e. it may say corsair but it is actually a seasonic under the hood.

Sadly very true. Three in fact. That's 3 individual psu's not 3 model ranges. The only Seasonic built Corsair psu's left are the HX650, AX760 and AX860 and I expect they will be replaced by a cheaper OEM before too long.
Seasonic also build psu's for Antec (High Current Gamer M, Truepower Classic, Edge, some Neo Eco units), BeQuiet (Dark Power Pro P10 850/1000/1200w) Coolermaster (V series), Fractal Design (Edison M series), NZXT (Hale 82 series), XFX (all units) and probably some others as well.

This is why I went for my seasonic psu. excellent quality, power savings and the warrenty period is better than the labeled stuff @ 10 years :).

I thought XFX had some FSP stuff?

At the moment I'd shop elsewhere for the PSU unfortunately :( I know OCUK have pushed SuperFlower as an alternative but I'd go with a different vendor over a different manufacturer any day, even though I really like OCUK.

The problem now is that the quality and price of the Superflowers make the Seasonics look like poor value for money. EVGA's Supernova G2 models or the Superflowers would be where my money goes if I was buying now.

Yeah on value for money they're a bit off the pace unfortunately. Still top notch quality and I'm glad they're back.... but I'm hoping they come down in price a bit!
