What happened?

How do I get my picture back. Dont know how or why but I removed it I think and now I cant reselect it to get it back.

Also whats the grading for each avatar. Hit man seems to be + 500 wise guy + 1000 also seen comishionare but he had nearly 70,000 posts?

Commesiario(sp?) and Don are only by appointment so no matter how many posts you have you won't get those avatars, you get your first gangster one after 100 posts. Have no clue how you got it before hand!
