What happened?

I assume I should put this in TV.
Watching channel 157 last night when suddenly the screen went black with no sound, I switched to 158 all good I tried 156 also good tried 157 again, black screen no sound. I tried 157 this morning, all back to normal, any ideas as to what happened ?
