Long story very short. Me driving down road girl pulls out of layby into my passenger side, scratches/dents all down passenger side of car. Got all details and she has mine, she has not yet reported the accident to her insurance.
Accident happend Tues 19th
I have reported it to my insurance the same day. I also had to report it to hers on the thursday, but they cant do anything without her say so. They said on thursday they will try and contact her.
So what happens if she doesn't get in touch with her insurance, what can I do?

Now you have reported it just wait for the insurance co to contact her if she doesn't contact them.

If nothing happens get intouch with her and tell her to pay for the repair or say you want to proceed with a claim, doing nothing is not an option.

She is probably stalling trying to avoid the inevitable - hoping that it'll blow over and/or you'll forget about it. No reason for making these things take any longer they take too long to sort out as it is. Get on the phone to her and politely demand she sorts it out or you'll make her eat socks or something equally as threatning
 
Yeah I have rang her and she said on the weds after it happening i will ring etc, but she still hasn't done a thing.
