What happens when... (dodgy)

This may get closed but.

i ordered some speakers from bgrade.. altec lansing... me and someone else ordered at the same time.. only 1 set left.. i didnt get them, and someone else did.

but what happens when the money gets taken from my account even though i got no product.. or no cancellation notification... this was at the back end of april i think.

ive recieved a letter from barclays because i recently was scammed by some dodgy lithunian airline tickets...

but anyways.. they have sent me a letter to mark down on all transactions whether it be fraud or geniune.

and i come accross me bgrade speaker order.. it seems the money wasnt put back into the account...

lol.. i meant regarding what should i put on the fraud form

maybe i should mark it with a star.. and write a little bit more in some space

i reported fraud for something else.

and i have to mark down on a list or transactions which were genuine and fraud.

ive marked the fraud one as fraud (some dodgy lithunian thing)

but i noticed this ... i dont check the band regular so i assumed it was put back into my bank.. or not even taken out.

but it was taken out.. and not put back in.
