What hardware/setup wud i need to be able to load & play save game files on diff PC's

We got a extra PC coming Via santa for one of the kids, an we both play the same games from time to time.

Is it at all pos to set up a syetem/method so it dont matter which PC we are on we can access our current save files & play them on that PC
