Just spent the afternoon 'working from home' actually fixing my RROD XBox elite.
First question is; what are your experiences when you fix RROD, does the fix last long? My XBox didn't actually RROD, but the graphics would artifact and then then hang/crash (but no red ring).
So I did the fix where u remove the xclamps and reapply thermal paste. Hope its ok i used my own thermal paste...
Second question: What have I been missing!? I havent really properly played xbox for two years! I have a good PC, so twitch FPS shooters on console are a no I'm afraid.
I basically like Racing, Fighting, CO-OP, Arcade, RPG gaming on an XBox. What do you reccommend thats come out over the past couple of years?
