what have i done wrong?

Hi guys and girlies i just brought a rp 402x2 res... I then installed my 2 laing ddc pumps as per instructions ... Put it in my drive bay installed all tubing and put coolant in both res compartments. I then plugged in both pumps and switch it on... I could hear the sound of my pumps running dry, no coolant is getting to them and the coolant in the res's aren't moving... Ive tried tilting the case, ive also checked the instructions and my tubing

Any ideas people?

Pics would help!

The res is above the pump? The correct pipe is connected to the correct out/inlet? Double check.

common mistakes buy people

1) You has the res going to the "Out" of the pump not the "IN" (arrows show direction of the flow)
2) the res is not above the pump

The pumps connect to the res directly, I don't have a choice where the pumps are installed...

Sounds like you have a massive air pocket. Its a case of bleeding the loop - good luck with that as bay reservoirs are a pain for that especially the Koolance ones.

I once had a 450x2 which gave me the same problem - got rid of it eventually.

Try tilting it in different directions.
