Collarbone snapped right in two - Playing football, slide tackled someone and they fell on it
Ankle - playing football, someone crossed and I slid the ball in just as the goalie took a massive swing. Which connected with my ankle. Still scored though
Middle finger - did a somersault on a trampoline, slipped on landing and put it halfway through a spring.
Nose, a few times - latest was during first year uni, was rather drunk at a foam party. The foam basically boiled down to a load of bubbles in what looked like a bouncy castle, I dived in expecting it to be bouncy. The floor was concrete...
Also torn the ligaments over the top of my foot (ATFL?) - again, playing football, went to turn someone and put all my weight on the outside of my left foot, it twisted and I felt several cracks, nearly passed out from the pain. Was down for a while, then the pain lessened and I carried on. Felt fine for the rest of the match, got on the bus back to my dads, went to get off the bus... And I couldn't walk on it. That was a long walk - 5 minutes took half an hour. And then my dad wouldn't take me to the hospital, because he had work in the morning. So he took me home so my mum, who also had work in the morning, could take me to hospital. Never really forgave him for that.
