Can anyone tell me whic Manfotto head this is please

Just wondered if anyone knew what it was, as i just bought the tripod (manfotto 055) used twice, its four months old (with receipt) and the head together with postage by courier for £68 from Ebay !!!

So is the head and tripod a good deal? Most of them on ebay seem to be going for about £60 without a head ? Is this a good head ? cheers!
