Hello,

I have a pair of Creative EP-630's, which are very good and where good value for money when I bought them for around £17 a year or so ago. Now though I would like to get some better headphones seeing as I will be getting a new sound card for my PC soon and I use my iPod and headphones jack on my speakers quite often.

Some factors to consider...

- The headphones must be the in ear noise cancelling type, like the EP-630's,
- The headphones must have symmetrical wiring, not like the ones you have to wrap around your head twenty times,
- The plug for the headphones must be straight, the 90 degree style plugs I dislike,
- I cannot really spend more than £80,

So with that in mind, can anyone recommend me some decent headphones?

Thank you :)

Hmm this is a tough one, straight plug on IEM's rules out a hell of a lot of quality phones....

Ones which come to mind that have straight plugs, are decent and under £80:

CrossRoads MylarOne X3
V-Moda Vibes
d-Jays
Altec Lansing IM716

However, you can get hold of Super.fi 5 Pro's (I'd highly recommend these), Atrio M5's and ER4P's off the bay for under £80 these days and they would out class all of the above......but the plugs ain't straight....
