Hello there everyone,

Im a little stuck with options here atm, and was wondering if anyone could spare me some time (hopefully owners) and offer me some pros and cons of current headrest's on the market....

Im a general user of my PC, i use TeamSpeak from time to time, and play games and listen to music frequently. When i was a younger Senhiezers had the niche in the hi-fi Headphone market. My question to you guys is, Currently what are the best (Multi channel, Surroundsound) Headphones on the market for around £100 ?

Im looking at justifying this to the missus so valid, female proof points are encouraged!!

Thanks for your help in advance!!

I've just brought these

and they are very good used to have a pair of medusa 5.1's and these are much more comfortable, you need a good soundcard to get the most out of them.
As for justifying the purchase to your wife umm thses headphones come with a nice leather self adjusting strap so they don't mess your hair up as much as cheap ones and the blue lights on the side really bring out the colour in your eyes :)

for £100 those razers couldnt be more of a rip off if they tried. Look for a pair of sennheisers around the £100 mark (e.g.HD595) which sound far superior to any PC headset etc by absolutely miles !!!!!!!!

Also have a look at the allessandro grado MS-1's. $99 direct from the them in the USA and should equal the SQ of the grado sr-125, and will give you a more lively and fun sound compared to the senn's.

For a mic, just get a cheap desktop majoby for ~£5-10

Do hope you're not on teamspeak with people!

o i am, and my £1 mic off 'the bay' does fine. The mic booms in headsets arnt worth more than a fiver anyway.

I might invest in a better mic soon and hear the difference :D

I've got the PLantronics GameCom 1 and its pretty good.
Very comfortable ear pads, can wear for hours without discomfort.
Large pads, sufficiently bassy and the boom mic is very good too for teamspeak, and folds up when not in use.
It also comes with a switcher box to switch between your PC speakers and the headphones by the press of a button. Also has a volume control on the lead. Also quite cheap ~£30.
