i would like to no if there is any vr helmets or vr goggles
for playing back virtual reality films and games for this setup if so can you give me the best options

A 1650 is only barely capable of running PC VR games.

Best option if you don't mind a Facebook login is a Quest 2, as that can also be used standalone for playing films and games at a high standard, but also allows you to link to a PC via a USB cable, or even wirelessly if your wireless connection can support it.

The Rift S is a discontinued product and isn't recommended.
