What home amplifier?

Looks perfect, thank you

EDIT: So i would plug in my PS4 and TV via hdmi? Wouldnt need to use the optical out on the PS4 for sound?

That Marantz is a slimline amp, so a larger AVR will be better if you're ok with a bigger unit. As for speakers, plenty of second hand ones available, I have ones for sale as well.

Usual brands like Kef, Monitor Audio, Q Acoustics, B&W, Wharefdale, Dali, etc.

What front left/right speakers could I get? looking at small ones I can mount on the wall

How small? You looking for something musical as well as for movies? I have the Monitor Audio Radius 90's they are really small at only 20cm tall.

Big sound though. I've gone Radius across the board with the 200 centre and the even smaller 45's on rear duties.

Don't go too small, for fronts and center you want decent size. I'd recommend 5.25" driver minimum.

Smallest I'd go is Q Acoustics, more safer sound than Monitor Audio.

You'll need a good subwoofer though, since having small speakers mean the subwoofer will have to reach higher.

For rears I'd get larger ones than Monitor Audio 45's. I'm using two pairs of Definitive Technology BP series bipoles.

Rears I have wharfedale WH-2 but fronts I only have a sony centre which I am looking at replacing. Ill need a subwoofer and two fronts by the looks.

The usage is Netflix/PS4 with Spotify when cooking

Might sound silly but white speakers are more preferable also as the room is off white/grey

Bidding on a Yamaha RX-761 and a Yamaha VSX1019 on the bay at the moment.
