With all this HDCP i'm now a bit worried that I bought one without the feature. What does it mean for people who haven't got it... will it be available as an add-in card (PCI/PCI-E) or will GPU's and motherboards start to put the feature on there for those who may not have it on their monitor?

HDCP needs to be present on your OS, graphics card and monitor in order to work. If one link in the chain doesn't support it then you can't watch protected HD content. Don't worry too much though as the first wave of HD-DVDs don't use the protection and probably won't for however long it takes to oust SD-DVD.

There are not meant to be putting HDCP into movies till 2010 now..because so many people have not got a HDCP ready tv set etc
But i don't know if this includes blue-ray and HD-DVDs..
