Basically I've recieved some amazon tat addressed to this house but a random name.

Not even a space between name and surname.

I opened it to discover the tat. Surely no one would order this? (maybe X would?)

What is it I hear you ask? Unicorn temporary tattoos!

It's almost certainly review brushing rather than a compromised account, they just send crap out all over the place so they can leave 'legitimate' reviews.

carboard is probably laced with LSD so when you chuck them in the bin the dealers mule comes around and has a poke through your wheelie bin to find them................................
