What Internet Security Program?

Hi all, in a bit of a dilema. I've tried Symantec 2004, 2005, Panda IS 2006 and moved on to McAfee Internet Security 2006 v8, l have also been reading about Kaspersky Internet Security 2006 version 6.

All are reasonably good, but Symantec is system resource hungry, Panda drives me up the wall with its constant messaging and confirmation, McAfee annoys the hell out of me with the constant verification explorer sessions on startup.

So what do you guys recommend and use? Remember, privacy and security are our goals!

I've heard the AV is pretty good. Have you heard about ZoneLabs at all? Its by CheckPoint and there is an internet security suite?
