What is a good download manager for Ubuntu Server?

I'm after a download manager much like Transmission but can also be used to schedule normal ftp/http downloads NOT JUST torrents.

Edit it needs to be web based.

All that time i spent getting Sabnzbd setup and forgot about actual HTTP/FTP downloads and Torrents. This looks to solve the lot!!!!

Ill probably still use Sabnzb but use this for everything else
