what is a screen printer job ,

Don't quite understand the question, do you mean either...

In Microsoft Windows, pressing print screen will capture the entire screen, while pressing the alt key in combination with print screen will capture the currently selected window. The captured image can then be pasted into an editing program such as a word processor, email, or graphics software. Pressing print screen, the alt key, and the shift key at the same time turns on a high contrast mode for people with visual impairments .

Or

GEEK!

A screen printer basically prints text images et cetera on physical objects. It's a crap job, low paid, hard work and long hours.

what makes it hard work?

You fancy repeating this several thousand times a day?

nope... that wooden thing over the picture is the "screen" it has a silk/netting membrane on it, that holds the stencil of the picture/text/etc, you then press paint/dye through it using a squeegee (i love that word XD) it's slightly more complicated than that, but the wiki link is about right.

I was a silk screen printer for www.reldasgarmentcovers.com was really easy, so easy its makes it mind numbingly hard. Its also hard to pick up the technique and process used to make the screens, different cleaning agents need to be added in a certain order, same with the UV Paste and light processes, and then ink has to be made up. Its a really fun and creative job, but then you have to print the same thing 500 times, takes hours and is a killer.
