The GTS is better than your old card and it's a dreadful waste if you wont be overclocking it as there's a bit of headroom with these cards and it's pretty easy to do.

I'd also be interested to know which is a better buy BFG 8800GTS 512 (this week only) or OCUK 8800GTX 768MB... only £40 difference, but bottom line, which card would be the better option?

The 8800GTS 512 is the faster card at lower resolutions and when you don't add tons of AA....

The memory bandwidth on the GTX will help it pull ahead of the GTS on higher resolutions and cases where lots of AA is used.

If running at 1680x1050 I'd say it's a real toss-up between the 2...some may disagree with me but from what I've seen the 8800GTS 512mb scores slightly better in games like crysis at that resolution.

well thanks for the heads up but to pay extra 29 Quid to get a gtx you cant really turn it down tbh and from the reviews the ocuk gtx shouldnt be a issue at all and i try to play my games at 1650x1050 at all times with AA on.

one thing tho can it fit into a antec nine hundred case? cant seem to find any info about it

As log as you move the HD cage to the bottom position, yes. :)
