what is better

hey, long time reader of the forums first post,

i need a new cpu cooler to replace my vapochill micro, but i want better performance, aside from the freezer 64 pro, what is better between the Akasa evo 33 or evo 98 / blue.

also what fan to use,

Welcome to the forums.

The best air coolers around are the Scythe Ninja and Tuniq tower.
Haven't heard much about the akasa evo 98 as its quite new and doesn't look like it will be any better than the current best air coolers so there isn't much demand for it. The evo 33 has been around for a while but its nothing special. Both come with fans.
