did a bios update and now I have the amd c1e option can anyone tell me what this is and if it is affecting my overclock as since bios update i cant hold a stable oc

C1E is what allows the system to reduce the multiplier and thus the speed of your CPU when its not in demand, turning this off can help to stabalise an OC.
