What is causing these speckles

Linked a 10 second video of my card and the issue i have with it. Speckles in certain parts of the graphics.
What is causing this is it the game graphics or is it somehow the card?
if its the card would a replacement be any different?
The card in question is less than a month old and purchased from overclockers it is this one

Any problems with other games as well? If not id point the finger at a shader problem in the game and nothing to worry about

Looks like the cards vram, id try some other games to be sure, and if you get the same, then its an RMA.

Is ur 5700 on a 75hz monitor?

As they say this is fixed in latest drivers. (presuming those artifacts are the white snow dots)

Thanks for the replies, i only play one bleedin game, and i run it on a monitor at 2560x1440 with only 60mhz refresh rate. i am in the market for a new monitor 27" 144mhz but have not decided which way to turn and my budget is £400 max
