What is CPU Over Voltage?

Hi.

I want to know what the CPU over voltage is on my BIOS, I am really hoping it is the actual vcore/ voltage. I don't want to touch it and leave it at auto until I know what it is (so I can lower from 1.4v)

I'm asking because in the desc it says something like, regularly at 0.00035 or some odd numbers.

yeah its the vcore imo.
take it off auto, and u will see what its set at, then raise or drop it as u need

I think its the offset voltage if its normally a really small number.
