What is Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer 7.1 Sound Card - Retail like

Hi all, I am looking at a new sound card to replace my old 5.1 SB live card and I was looking on Overclockers and found the following card:

Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer 7.1 Sound Card - Retail - £55.21

I was wondering if anyone have any experience with this Sound Card and is it any good???
