What is Disk 0

Ok when I list my disks in the command prompt I have a 931 or so gb named Disk 1, that's my hdd

but I have a disk 0 aswell with 0 storage space and 7000 or so mb stored on it
what is that because my drive isn't partitioned it's all 'unallocated space' it's just bugging me what it is

you don't have a USB pendrive plugged in?

Motherboard with built in cache?

Need to know more about your system spec...

Probably the windows system partition, but could be anything without more details.

Sounds like an optical drive with a CD in it.

Thanks Geezer, I was baffled for ages trying to find out what it was and it was a pendrive in the back ahah, thanks all for the replies
